I’m a mother of four (and one precious angel), and a proud grandmother to three beautiful boys. Before following my creative calling, I worked as a senior paralegal and built a career empowering others through clarity and truth.

I’ve created writing groups, mentored authors, and now bring those same guiding values to my work with women who are ready to reclaim their joy.

Through stories, journaling, and soulful practices, I help women remember who they are beneath the noise. This is my life’s work—real, messy, powerful, and full of heart.
